Action for Children provides access to resources, community, advocacy – and represents an alliance of individuals and groups dedicated to empowering and supporting parents, child care providers and family service programs. Its mission is to create a common voice and vision for advancing high quality and accessible programs that foster the development, health and well-being of all Illinois children.

The Illinois Department of Children and Family Services offers timely information about Child Protection, Foster Care, Adoption, Day Care licensing and other services.

The Association for Child Development is a non-profit organization that educates parents and caregivers about nutrition to promote the development of children and establish healthy eating habits to last a lifetime.
